1. The Vetting Service

Our service involves the technical audit of dental clinics and logistical coordination for "Izmir Trio" groups. While we use a data-driven approach to vet clinics for high international standards, the clinical relationship and liability for surgery exist solely between you and the dental clinic in Turkey.

2. Strategy Sessions & Fees

The $198 AUD Strategy Session fee is a professional consultation fee for our technical expertise. This fee is non-refundable once the 30-minute session has been completed. The fee is valid as a Travel Credit toward a full Izmir Trio package for 12 months from the date of the session.

3. Financial Transparency

Payments are processed via Stripe in AUD (Australian Dollars). For international clients (e.g., UK), your bank will handle the conversion. We are not responsible for fluctuating exchange rates or bank-imposed transaction fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

ONLINE EXPANSIONS and its representatives are not liable for medical outcomes, surgical complications, or travel disruptions. By using our service, you acknowledge that all surgery carries inherent risks and you agree to hold ONLINE EXPANSIONS harmless for any clinical disputes arising from third-party dental providers.

5. Professional Standards

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual if we determine that their dental expectations are unrealistic or if they do not meet the logistical requirements for a group journey.
